This was my first interaction with Christian Brothers. I appreciated that I was able to make an appointment to get my car inspected. Seems like a small thing, but my 70ish YO husband has health issues and I try to move through this COVID mess in a more controlled manner. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by a kind gentleman in a mask. They took great measures to insure my safety and I was in and out. Mission accomplished.
This was a whole new car related experience for me. I honestly felt like I -the customer - mattered to them. That rarely happens in this climate. So I rate them a 10. And I will use them as needed. After years of dealing with our vehicles’ dealers for a variety of repairs on our automobiles, we decided to give Christian Brothers a go. They were conveniently nearby. To our surprise, they actually recommended a cheaper and more convenient fix for something we wanted done. We took their advice, had the repair done before the day’s end.
We love Christian Brothers’ ethics in dealing with their clients. They are a congenial bunch and very fair. I have seen the biggest (physically...I’m talking Hagrid-like!)) employee in there comfort a distraught woman, who looked nothing like him, but he treated her with such dignity and compassion. That’s just one of many instances where I have witnessed their kindnesses to people, breezing in and out of their doors. It’s contagious...
A client (short on both time and temper) didn’t want to reschedule a service for which she had no appointment. After witnessing a lot of back and forth, I offered to let her take my appointment. The woman and her family never even acknowledged my presence, but the employee voiced their thanks. Shrugging the incident off, I went back to reading. Sometime later, the owner comes out to say ‘hi’ and check on me. Unexpected and unnecessary, yet kind. Then, he kindly thanked me for the earlier intervention and offered to comp my service.
At Christian Brothers Brodie, you get professionalism and kindness. As it turns out, they usually beat our dealer repair estimates by a good margin, without trying to sell me on their latest model vehicle.

All front desk staff were courteous, professional, and respectful and gave me their full attention. That in itself goes a long way. So far I’ve only been there for vehicle inspections, and they’ve been great. Free shuttle service is awesome. They even parked my vehicle facing out so that when I went to pick it up after hours it was easy to just pull straight out. Thank you!

I always get a feeling that the management team is not trying to sell me something. Only give suggestions as necessary due to the age, wear and tear of the vehicle, etc. Also, I love their free 35 point check with the synthetic oil change. A big thumbs up to their courtesy shuttle as well.
