Took the time to understand what I was asking for, assessed my vehicle in a timely fashion, and then shared pictures and guidance on what was needed now and what I would be looking at doing over the next year or so. They have really great customer service, and are always very responsive when I had questions or concerns.
I find them friendly and easy to work with and there is free coffee while you wait, or a nice ride if needed.

They were patient with me as I tried by best to explain what my car was doing. And when they couldn't find anything wrong with it, they didn't charge me since they couldn't get it to act up. They are great!
CBA has always provided expertise and service at a reasonable price, but what pleased me this week was CBA's ethics and honesty (something not usually associated with automotive service companies.) I had brought my car in for a $600 repair, based on an earlier estimate. The technician, on further evaluation, determined that the repair was not necessary,that the earlier estimate was preliminary and precautionary only. They could have performed the unnecessary repair and charged me the $600, but they didn't. I value CBA's ethics at least as much as their expertise.
