Christian Brothers was excellent and the staff was really friendly. They were extremely helpful and helped me understand exactly what was wrong with my car and even encouraged me to take it elsewhere to make use of my warranty for certain problems. The courtesy ride was also such a great service feature.
One area for opportunity would be to increase the level of communication while the car is in the shop. I dropped off at 7:30am on a Monday and didn't realize until I called around 4pm that it hadn't been seen yet, so I didn't know until the end of the day that I would be without a car overnight. The texting feature is wonderful, but it would be good to set those expectations upfront.
I would highly recommend Christian Brothers to a friend/family.

I had a great experience having my car serviced. I dropped off my car without a appointment. Shannon was very nice and prepared me for what to expect for the service. I was prepared to wait five days before my car would be ready, but my car was ready in three days. I think it’s great to have received text message updates through out the service.Pick up was quick easy with friendly service.

Chase kept me updated daily of what was happening to my vehicle. I have used CBA before back in 07 and am glad they’re still around. My car drives like new again. But the 3 year warranty they give you says a lot about them. They back up their work with it.

I appreciated that they do the same inspections that are suggested by the manufacturer, but for 20% of the cost at the dealership. I'll be coming back again in the future.
Appointments easy to make. Prompt service when I arrived with my vehicle. Professional implementation of a simple procedure to my vehicle. Inviting and comfortable waiting area (like home). They implemented a rather difficult, painstaking and unusual repair of my vehicle last year with no issues. They have become my go to for repair and service rather than my dealer.

Being an older woman with zero mechanical knowledge, I’m always afraid of being a victim regarding car repairs. NOT WITH CHRISTIAN BROTHERS. It sounds strange, but I am a very good judge of character, and all my instincts told me to trust these guys. As they say, “trust but verify”. I did in that I had my son, who is knowledgeable regarding cars, come to Christian Bros. and verify what they diagnosed. Just as the mechanics explained, my son totally understood and agreed. The employees at CB are great. They have old fashioned values—-honest work for honest pay, pride in workmanship. I feel very comfortable taking my car to them, and I do trust them implicitly. I will be seeing them as often as necessary, and feeling good about their knowledge and advice.
