The staff that greets you has you enter are warm and welcoming. I hate going to car care shops that just want to take your info and don't really listen to what you have to say or even whiling to answer questions. Love that I was sent texts updating the status of what was being done on my vehicle.

I’ve been taking various cars to CB for over 7 years now, and services like his are the reason I will keep coming back.
The employees remember you and are very friendly. They can handle unusual or unexpected situations carefully and professionally (It was my car they found a nest of baby squirrels in). They called me and I came and rescued the squirrels. They are also do a very good job and can work on older vehicles. I have never had to return because the work wasn't done right the first time.
Christian Brothers Automotive were extremely helpful when I needed a mechanic. I wasn’t too far from their location and they sent somebody over and we were able to get my truck to their shop where they made repairs and the whole thing took maybe an hour. Very courteous and professional too.

Everything is great there, staff is extremely friendly and very professional.
I always get professional service and love the shuttle service available.
They tried to keep me informed about how long it would take to complete the project but each time they told me one time it was always longer. This happened 3 times before I was able to pick up my car completed a full 2 1/2 days after putting it into the shop. So far, the work seems to have been done completely okay, it just took longer than they said it would.
