Emailing the detailed estimate was EXTREMELY helpful. I've never been to a repair shop that has sent one before. Also, everyone I spoke with on the phone and in person was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been going to Christian Brothers for years. I always get a good explanation of what is going on with my vehicles and a reasonable plan for correcting any problems. It's important to me that this is a business that actively represents itself as Christian. The people I deal with are pleasant, well informed, and deliver what they promise. My only caveat is that prices for some maintenance work are slightly higher than at other places I have been in the past but I think that small difference is worth it considering the quality of service and reliability.
