I have used Christian Brothers for 7 years now, and I have yet to have a bad experience with them. They always treat me with respect, and are open and honest about what needs to be fixed now, and what can wait. The most recent visit with them included parts that were under warranty ... which I was not aware of. The auto mechanics I have used before would not have hesitated to take advantage of my ignorance and charged me again to do the work. I appreciate Christian Brothers, and will continue to have them work on all my vehicles for as long as I live in this area.

The folks at CB are always courteous, professional, and kind. I feel like I'm their number one customer. But they make everyone feel that way! They are honest about what the problem is and take time in explaining it to me and give me options that are safe and affordable.
I never get the feeling that they are just trying to "make a quick buck." I put a lot of miles on my car for my job and I carry my children in it every day.....I rely on the guys at CB to keep me running safely!

The vehicle was returned when promised. Justin was courteous and worked with my schedule.

They checked everything out for free, kept in touch throughout the process, and when my daughter was dropped off at the wrong place to pick the car up, they sent a shuttle for her and stayed open an extra 30 minutes at least to do so. Thank you, Austin!!

The customer service is always exceptional!

The stag were very friendly and accommodating. The waiting room was super comfy and I opted to stay most of the day but was offered a ride home if needed. I declined but it was super thoughtful. I know nothing about cars but the staff were very patient with me and explained everything. Overall, a great experience despite a cruddy situation!
