Excellent customer service and did work in a timely manner

The service was GREAT from the moment I walked in the door. I loved that they showed me pictures of what they did when they serviced my vehicle and walked me through everything they did. The pricing was very reasonable and I know they didn’t take advantage of me being a female and not knowing a whole lot about vehicles like other places like to do. They even made my day a little brighter my giving me a flower. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their vehicle serviced :-)

I had a fantastic experience! The employees were very kind and welcomed my children and me. They made my daughter’s day with the gift of a carnation flower in her favorite color. The store was so nice and clean that I allowed my son to play with his racecar on the floor. We were thankful to wait on our truck in a nice store playing Christian music. We live out of town and have to trust where our college age daughter takes her car to get repaired. They have always been very helpful, courteous and honest.

Always friendly, professional service. Even if I have an unscheduled service need, they always do their best to fit me in. Austin is a superb service advisor.

Son is away at college and his truck broke down. I had it towed to Christian Brothers for repair. The staff keep me up to date the next day and got the repair done quickly.

They performed a prepurchase inspection and were very thorough and explained everything. Their report was very detailed. It saved me from getting a badly flood damaged vehicle.

They made a minor mistake on an oil change, they quickly corrected the problem and compensated for my time lost.

Performed the oil change at the scheduled appointment time and within 30 min.

They picked me up twice to take me back and there. Justin gave me a flower which made my day and showed me in detail what all they worked on.

They were very polite, worked on my car as soon as they could and gave me updates of what they were doing while I was waiting. As a female, away from home in a college town, I trust them to fix my car and to not try and rob me while doing so. Definitely will be going back to them in the future!
