My parents recently moved to Colorado and my dad has always been the one to work on my car. I have been with him to get it inspected and always felt very out of place. I was not looking forward to taking it in on my own. I walked in the door at Christian brothers and felt like I was at home. And I actually enjoy the time I spent waiting for my car!! I left knowing that I would come back and was so thankful you guys made me feel at home!

Communication was good. They provided a detailed list(including cost) of what needed to be fixed based on the problems I reported, and they made it easy for me to choose which items I felt needed to be addressed from that list.

I appreciate the friendliness, itemized estimate and explanation of everything. Also, appreciate the shuttle service.

I was greeted with enthusiasm the moment I walked in the door and the service tech introduced himself. I visited the Waco and College Station locations. The technicians at both locations were respectful, courteous and efficient. The waiting room was pleasant and clean.

The repairs needed were documented and explained carefully. The Waco location had to order parts and offered to give me a ride home (25 miles!) because he was concerned about the integrity of my vehicle.

I will use Christian Brothers again and highly recommend them to my friends and family.
