Personalized care. I love being able to contact my rep and him take care of me. Calls me by my first name like my friends do. Gives me the pros/cons and doesn’t oversell.

IT was great. They explained everything to me. Didn’t act like I was stupid when I had a question and they were patient.

Communication was great. It was easy to arrange a time to have the work done. The shuttle was so convenient for dropping me off at work. I had a problem with the service and it could not have been handled any more professionally.

I loved that everyone was so polite and nice. There wasn’t a time that anyone was rude and the service was very quick. I didn’t spend very long getting my oil changed which was great and at the end I was given a flower. All around just really friendly workers and fast service every time I’ve been and I will continue to keep coming back.

They care about what u want taken care of. That and nothing else, unless u ask. Hi out of their way to accommodate the customer.

My past experiences with Christian Brothers Automotive have always been positive from beginning to end. I was in the automotive repair industry for over 25 years and ASE certified for over 35 years as I just let it expire without renewing. I have found comfort in letting Christian Brothers handle the majority of my automotive needs. They have served me well here in the Katy area and College Station were our youngest daughter lives. I believe them to be caring and honest in what they do. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and satisfied in all they do.

Their courtesy car makes it easy to drop off the vehicle in the morning and pick it up when they are done. I think Justin does a great job of communicating an issue how they'd like to solve it and works to make sure the product is good.
