When I had a problem the same afternoon 125 miles away and called him, he told me where a Christian Brothers shop was close to my house and that he would be checking with that branch to make sure the problem got fixxed.
They were extremely friendly, courteous, genuine & helpful. I came in for a safety inspection & it was completed in about 20 mins.
