The primary reason for the recommendation score (10/10) that I gave was because of the excellent service I received by Brad Fink, the managers, and the employees. Brad did a great job of explaining the reasons 'why' I needed service for my truck, and at the same time explaining 'how' the service will benefit my truck. The service my truck received was EXCELLENT. I refuse to go any other automotive store in Houston, Texas, if it isn't a Christian Brothers Automotive that is owned/operated by Brad & Kasey Fink. Also of note - Both managers were very friendly and very helpful assisting me with any questions or concerns I had. Also of note - The employee (I don't remember his name, sorry!) who shuttled me from the Eldridge Christian Brothers Automotive's location to my work location was easy to talk with, friendly, and a safe/responsible driver. Long story short - I'm extremely likely to recommend Christian Brother Automotive to a friend or colleague.
