My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive has been great. Being a single female I often felt I was being taken advantage of from other auto repair shops in the past due to my limited knowledge of cars. Because Brad and his team are amazing. I have recommended them to everyone needing anything related to Automotive needs. They tell you straightforwardly exactly what needs repair. Chrisitan Brothers is also the sponsor of my favorite triathlon in town.

The facility is pristine and very welcoming. The staff is polite and does a great job of making you feel comfortable. Service was fast and convenient. I also appreciate the courtesy shuttle, as well as the Energy Corridor discount. I will be visiting this location again in the future.

The guys at CBA - Eldridge are very friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. They always let me know the exact problem(s) about my car. They give good advise and recommend the different maintenance updates on how to keep my car running. They are always helpful in workng with me when it comes to the cost of the service(s) and I really do appreciate that. I must add that there has never been a time I took my car to CBA and was told a certain part needed to be fixed/changed and that wasn't done. With so many mechanic shops around, I'm very comfortable knowing my car is in good hands at CBA. It is awesome to walk into a mechanic shop and hear someone greet you by calling your name and not just Ms or Mr.

I can always trust the staff at Christian Brothers to do their best to identify the problem and repair it. They are also mindful of getting the work done as efficiently and quickly as possible so that I get my car back. The courtesy rides are also much appreciated!

I have asked twice not to be included in future mailings from your company. Your office functions are just as poor and incomplete as your car service. DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN! I will never recommend Christian Brothers or return for non service again. Your company is a waste of TIME and MONEY from my experience.
