The guys at the front desk, Pierce and another whose name escapes me now, were always very friendly, professional, responsive and willing to explain things to my mechanical engineer husband. The two repairs, both by Nat, were done well and within half a day.
I also love how their lobby feels more like a living room than a mechanic shop! We have used Christian Brothers almost exclusively for years and have always been very happy with their service! I highly recommend!

They help with getting my warranty company to pay for the parts I needed, my warranty company was pushing back on paying on paying for some of the parts, the Pierce had them bring the appraiser to to check the damage parts that needed replacement. I was able to get 95% of the parts and labor covered. The shop went above and beyond to provide me a resolution.
