very friendly and helpful. Liked that I had way home while leaving my car. I was very impressed that they did not do any unnecessary work. I thought I had brake problems that might have been rotors. They could have replaced and I would have never questioned. That wasn't the problem and they did the right thing. VERY impressed and would highly recommend!!

I really liked how you went the extra mile to help me when my car battery had gone flat, and how quickly it was resolved. I appreciated the friendly advice about driving 75 miles before doing the State Inspection after my battery was replaced. I also found the waiting time to be relatively short. It was great service and very convenient.

The effort Jason took to find the part my car needed. He was very professional and friendly; so we're other staff members I encountered.

Jason managed to get my state inspection done even though he had to get the vehicle to another location due to an inspection machine problem at his location. I bring both of my vehicles consistently to CBA and I appreciate that my loyalty is rewarded with extra mile service.

Very friendly, polite, and honest. They don't belittle people when explaining services needed. They are willing to work with you and are always positive. It has always been a positive experience for me.

Despite being incredibly busy one Friday morning, they took in my vehicle for an oil change (without an appointment) and was able to finish it before I had to get on the road at noon. Everyone that works there is very very nice.
