Straightforward, welcoming and appreciated the urgency of addressing my concerns. In addition to the shuttle, which was so welcome, this is more support than I received on this issue as a 6-year client of my existing dealership. Really appreciated the repair. Only downside was that the CB cost was considerably higher, nearly $200 more.
