Everyone I spoke with was genuinely interested in servicing my vehicle in a complete and timely fashion. They were quick to identify the source of the issue, kept me apprised of repair progress, and had me back on the road the following day. I couldn’t have been more pleased!

The guy at the front desk went overboard on service

They gave me a chair to sit outside in the sun while I waited for my car cause inside it's like a meat locker. Always professional and super friendly!

I have been going to that location for about 6 years. The service is outstanding!!! The guys (and girl) are always so happy and kind and helpful. The rates are cheaper than most other car care places!!! Thank you all for treating me so well when I come in there!!!

I've been coming to the Energy Corridor location for years. During my most recent visit, service was friendly, quick, and easy.

The staff is always kind and attentive. Service is excellent and prices are reasonable.

The team at CBA Eldridge took great care of me this last visit. When my vehicle began to break down late Friday morning, just like it had back in November, I was dreading the possibility of having to leave my car at the shop all weekend. Somehow i managed to make my way home, called CBA to let them know what was going on & that I was a little hesitant to bring it in for two reasons: 1 being that I didn’t know if car would make the journey there, & 2 it seemed so late in the day that there’s no way repair could me made before closing. To my surprise, not only did i make it in but the team had diagnosed the problem almost immediately & assured me they had plenty of time to complete the repairs. I felt such a relief because I had not expected to be taken care of so quickly especially right before the weekend. Christine kept me informed every step of the way & even called me when a potential repair issue was discovered in case I was interested in taking care of it while they worked on my car. I have always been pleased with the service the Eldridge team provides, but they definitely went above & beyond this last time for me. I still can’t believe I was able to get in at the time I did & was back on the road in my own vehicle by the time they closed. Completely saved the day/weekend for me & I can’t thank them enough for treating me so well.

Christine went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed. She was so knowledgeable and informative about the whole process and dealing with the hiccups with my car. She tells you as it is and offers great explanations on the options for repairs. I highly recommend trusting them with your car repairs and pre purchase inspections.

Although this particular interaction started off as a detracting experience, I am so happy that you guys stepped up and made sure my issue with my car was addressed. Not many companies truly care about customer service these days. Maybe call it a sign of the times. I truly felt like this might be one of those situations, but the fact that you guys made multiple attempts to call me to discuss the situation, took accountability and also made it right - it just meant a lot to me that there are still trustworthy companies out there that are there that's top priority is to do what's right for their customers. These are the real situations that create long-time customers and promoters and I hope to continue to work with you guys in the future and appreciate all of the work you are doing.
