My most recent Santikos visit was okay. I was greeted at the register and helped fairly quickly, I didn’t order food from the kitchen this time, but the popcorn from the popcorn station was fresh and delicious. The drink station was clean along with the theater. On the way out after the movie I was greeted with smiling faces and told to have a great night. It was an overall nice experience. I come to Santikos Galaxy theater often and always bring friends and family. Definitely refer this theater often.

It was great, very clean except the women’s restroom had a bad smell. I do not believe that the feminine trashes had been taken out due to the smell. I did not bring it to the management’s attention because I was in a hurry to catch my 445pm movie.

Theater 10 was incredibly nice and clean. Our service was friendly and the fried pickles are the best that ive had ANYWHERE. Of all of the theaters in San Antonio, (santikos locations included), the Galaxy is the best and cleanest.
Ability to purchase tickets via app, the friendly atmosphere and staff , comfortable seats, delivery of food to seat, membership points rewards, and the ability sit at the bar area to dine or have a drink .
