Always friendly people at the counter. I really love this place because they always ask me if I want to use my rewards. I tend to forget and its always a nice surprise when they tell me I can get food items for free.... also the bathrooms are always very clean.

I love your movie theater...and I love going to the movies. Few things exite me more than this. I just saw Aquaman 2 at the Galaxy...and it was so way cool. I only wish that more parent would bring their kids to support your business....and experience the awesomeness that you all provide to the local community. One bit of advice.... please incentivize more return visits by giving away cool food, drink and snack prizes to customers. People like that stuff...makes them feel that you care about them. Try it out.

Santikos is the best. It's real differentiators from Regal are two things, much better food and more enthusiastic employees. People go to the movies for fun, so enthusiastic employees create the atmosphere people want to enjoy. The food is just light years better.
One piece of constructive criticism: Go back to ketchup dispensers and get rid of the new packets. We hate that. It makes us get it all over our clothes in the dark or "milk" 50 packets into a container beforehand. That's not the place to save 50 cents in ketchup and it undermines one of the big advantages you have over Regal (the food).
