We love the Santikos theaters
The theaters are sized just right; tickets are easy to buy as well as the snacks. The self-serve part is nice. And the seating is very comfortable and spaced well.
I like the self serve popcorn stations, the seats are always clean and comfortable. The staff is always friends when you enter and when you leave.

Easy ticket purchase process

I purchased tickets online for a family movie but for the wrong theater. I walked with my kids into a movie theater showing a scene with dead bodies and realized something was wrong. I went to an usher who quickly caught my mistake and directed me on how to fix it (by talking to guest services for a refund and purchase of the right tickets). I was impressed how he knew just what went wrong and helped me get what we needed so our family movie outing could be saved. We had a great time after that.
Side note, I wish the $7 convenience fee could be refunded as well because that just seems like crap. Thanks.

Self service on drinks and popcorn
The theater was clean, food was delicious and the stuff was great. The screen itself had great quality for resolution and audio. The seats need to be a bit more comfortable but not bad at all.

Reclining seats are great and almost now a necessity when going to movies for me. But honestly it’s the limited interaction with workers. I can purchase tickets at a kiosk, fill my popcorn and drink myself, and refills. Not that I am scared of people, I just deal with them all day long. So going to the movies is a time of mental break and a battery recharge for socializing.
Nice clean theaters. Up to date seats that recline. Great customer service. Nice loyalty rewards. Love that Santikos gives back to the community!!
The Galaxy is one of our favorite Santikos theatre, right up there with the Embassy Santikos theatre!! While the others are great, there’s something to say about the smaller theaters and the family feel that the ENTIRE staff brings forward!! Thank you so much for ALWAYS making our visits absolutely amazing!! 💫
The most important factor to me is that they give back to local communities and help support programs for adults and children
