The ticket promotional prices are very good especially considering the unprecedented times that our nation is enduring. The customer service employees were also very helpful and professional. The safety and protection protocols were also followed at the theatre. Our family will surely attend movies again at your theatre.

I love Santikos. But I sure have an issue with them going through my purse. It is very inconvenient. On top of that, just yesterday, the man acted like I have the cooties and I did not appreciate it one bit.

I think the prices for popcorn and soda should be brought down. Too much. Come on, it is just popcorn and waterdown coke.

The perfect size .....never overwhelming like some of the giant theaters.....staff is so friendly and the environment is user friendly....My favorite place to see movies...........LOCATION IS AWESOME.....CENTRAL.....NOT WAY OUT IN THE 1604 AREA.....THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO DO NOT LIVE IN THE BURBS.....WE DESERVE A THEATER NEAR US....AND THE NORTHWES IS IT......LOVE THE BIJOU AS WELL......
