I always enjoy going to Northwest since they've remodeled it. My only gripe is the doors I wish there was a push button for wheelchair accessible entry and exit. Other than that everything is great.

This is a nice theatre. Nice touch with the self serve popcorn! Always a good experience here. Thank you for making your theatre such a great value! Screen looks great!! The sound is incredible!!! Well done.

The cashier at the concession stand was very helpful. As a reward member I had points and he took the time to tell me I could use them in my purchase. Great job!

Need to put concessions for soda and popcorn on both sides, also video game needs to be garranteed of play, I swiped the card and deducted but service from the game not rendered and then not refunded by the employee
