What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The staff there is always super friendly and easy to talk to. It's always clean and we love the remodeling they did. Now all the theaters have reclining seats and there own little table.

The theatre provides everything you need for a positive movie watching experience-great tasting popcorn, concessions, alcoholic beverages, and comfortable recliners. The lobby has a lovely aesthetic and the theatre is clean and well kept.

Love the remodel; love the self serve popcorn; love the ease of purchasing tickets online and the rewards program (although I wouldn’t mind merchandise as part of the rewards program)

Staff is always friendly. It’s not as packed as all the other theaters. I LOVE the unlimited popcorn and drinks and I like how it’s always clean.

I only go to Santikos Northwest

Seats are comfortable, theaters are clean, love the popcorn and butter dispensing, love the coke selection units (Diet Cherry Coke).

However, the pizza and hot dogs have not been very good lately. We had a slice of pizza last night that wasn't very good (did not finish) and my date had a hot dog that made her sick.

We however will return but will not be having those items again.

I frequent often & this time in a long time due to the pandemic I invited my daughter & my grandson. They enjoyed the place & movie.
Looking forward to going back. Oh, I forgot to mention that I’m a rewards customer & I used my birthday free admission ticket.
