Love how convenient this theater is and the updated seats. I saw Spiderman in imax at the Palladium but it was not as comfortable as seeing it in this location. Staff is always nice and lobby is easy to navigate.

I love the self serve!!! The theatre was very clean and there was enough staff available to take care of everyone. One of my biggest pet peaves is waiting in line at a movie theater. Thank you for making me feel comfortable to go out and see a movie again. We will be back soon!!!

Everything about this theater is immaculate. There has never been a time that I have gone when I didn't see someone cleaning something. I always recieve great service and the staff seem really nice. The picture and sound sound quality are also great! I have never had a bad experience at Northwest and I have made it my preferred location.
