Liked seeing more & new emphasis on the screen for audiences to be more respectful of turning OFF or at least down cell phones, but I guess thoughtless people will be that way.

The seats are really comfortable. Only problem was a group of Nationals.. there kids are stupid spoiled and were load almost the whole movie..but I know that's AN outlier..

The seats the cleanliness
It was a small, clean theater. I like that soda machine where I could pick regular sodas or flavored sodas (adding cherry, vanilla, etc.) and that I could add my own popcorn butter. It was nice to see that they provided plastic gloves for people to use in the arcade or for the butter machine; I found that to be such a nice and sanitary option. I've never seen that in any other theater. I didn't get any drinks from the bar, however, I did check it out and the drink machines with the margaritas and jack daniels looked really cool! I will have to try that next time. I like the renovation in my theater as well. The seats were comfy and I like the tray.
I love the location the size and the service. I will not go to any other Santikos.
My husband and I had came here to watch the movie 🎥 blacklight. Great customer service with the workers and also I love how convenient it is to go to the restrooms 🚽 because it’s nearby. This the best Santikos theatre we’ve been through! I love how it’s a smaller theatre as well & not crowded. I would rate 10/10 stars if I could.

The staff was friendly, the establishment was clean and organized. I was told about my rewards which I was unaware of. The theatre is roomy, comfortable and very clean.

My family and I had a great experience, the theater was clean and well managed. The popcorn was fresh and all the drinks were all available. I was pleased with the atmosphere and staff.

My husband and I say this is "our" theater. We've been seeing movies at Santikos Northwest since we were kids. I don't have any complaints about this location. We're familiar with it and enjoy that it's been kept to a smaller scale. There was one thing that did disappoint us on one of our recent visits. We brought in our Santikos beer mugs and we were told that the bar was no longer filling the large mugs...big bummer! Anyhow, we'll still be regular customers at this location and will continue to visit other Santikos locations.

Everything! The process of printing my tickets at the front was very smoothly. The employees inside were very helpful and the place is always clean. The food doesn’t take long to be ready and restrooms are always clean with available toilet paper. As a female that’s so important! The only thing they mentioned was there were some changes to the reward system and I haven’t received an email about that. Other than that great experience and the employees are very attentive and look like they enjoy their job. Great personality and always helpful!
