Stadium seating

I really like everything about Santikos. It’s clean and comfortable. The staff is nice. The snacks are good. Drink refills are easy and convenient. Buying tickets through the app is great. The only thing that I don’t like is the fee that is attached to buying tickets through the app.

I love these theaters, they are the best I’ve ever gone to.

The employees are friendly and help you find where you are supposed to be. The concession stand employees are very helpful also.

My Santikos Embassy experience was excellent. Admission and food services are safely paid by credit card. No cash transactions. Very friendly and courteous employees. Clean lobby, clean restrooms and clean theatre. Theatre seemed well-ventilated and I felt safe. Social distancing observed. I will continue to go to the movies!!!

Employees are friendly and helpful. I hadn't used the new food retrieval service, and the team member walked me through the process. Everything is always clean.

I like that it's a smaller theater but it has all the services of a larger theater. Also the reclining seats are the bomb!

Comfortable seating

Your bar has incredible staff running it. However, the ingredients and supplies available to the bar are starting to show signs of being industrialized and standardized toward a lower level of customer experience. For instance, the bar offers craft cocktails but no longer offers craft cherries, only maraschino cherries (which don't work in things like an "Old Fashioned"). Recently, the frozen margarita machine was traded out for a more standard margarita machine that produces lower-grade, average margaritas. I've heard complaints from numerous customers that various corners are starting to be cut in the bar area. Finally, the number of liquors carried in the bar has decreased.

I'm also seeing a trend toward removing certain higher-quality menu items like the garlic parmesan fries and the garlic aioli. Those were absolutely delicious and now all you serve is typical straight-out-of-a-bag fries.

I love Santikos, I enjoy myself every time I go there. I think Mary Ellen is so sweet every time I have dealt with her.

All of the safety precautions that were in place to prevent the spread of covid. I felt very safe coming there and will return often. It was very clean and the staff was very efficient and friendly.
