Santikos has the best theaters, by far, of any in San Antonio. Their concession area, the theater their restrooms are all very clean and properly attended, Santikos is our first choice anytime we go to a movie. We have never been disappointed, and we find the staff very friendly and helpful.

The Santikos Embassy is my favorite theater in San Antonio. The snacks are delicious and the self-serve popcorn and soda machines are great! The reclining seats and wide aisles are my favorite features of the theater. Embassy is the best place to see a movie!

The theaters tend to be clean and the people working are polite. I've never had issues at Embassy where I go with my family. We love the popcorn and food options.

I love the Santikos theaters. I love that I can recline in a comfy seat and watch a great movie with self-serve popcorn and drinks. Added bonus that the rewards program pays out pretty quickly, so I often have a reward.

Quick courteous service, clean throughout all areas, even prepared new popcorn when I told them the popcorn was stake (very little left). Picture and sound were great;l. Now if you can get price down one or two bucks less it would be perfect, or maybe one day a week with lower price.

The theater (Embassy) is nice. I love the chandeliers, the reclining seats, and the self-serve popcorn and drinks. I think the food has been improving, too. Some of the newer offerings like California burger are really good, although the fries would benefit from 2-3 more minutes of cook time. I wish there were more options on the cheaper side of the menu, for when I just want a snack instead of a full meal. A few healthy options would also be great. One of the drink machines at this location has been offline for several weeks, which seems like too long. But overall, this is my favorite theater in town.
