I don't like the convenience fee added when purchasing tickets online. There are no other people other than me in purchasing the tickets. But, when purchasing tickets the tickets at the theater, then there is added time and convenience to the purchasing process, especially when there is a long line. I don't understand the convenience fee.

I like that Santikos gives back to the community, that makes me want to support this business
In addition the employees are always courteous and the theater is clean and comfortable. I like the self service popcorn. This is the only theater I use and I highly recommend it to others.

The theater, concessions, and bathrooms are very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. They popped a salt-free popcorn for me and the wait was fairly quick. Also, the self-serve drink and popcorn concept is great.
