Extremely friendly and professional service

With the remodeling you did last year, you made an already great theater terrific. Love, love, love the new reclining seats. Our old bones thank you for them! Also, the theater is always clean and the employees are super friendly. As many customers as your employees serve day in and day out, they still make you feel like your the most important patron.

I love the newly renovated Embassy 14 on Embassy Row. It is so fun to just walk into the lobby. Chairs are very comfortable and love the trays and cup holders.

The staff that I've come to know there. The lady who sells me my tickets... super sweet and courteous...Sam...the young lady who sometimes sells me my tickets...sometimes opens the door for me...sometimes is outside helping people at the kiosk buy their tickets...sometimes...sweeping outside or inside...the kid that makes me my drinks...THEY are the reason I keep coming back. As y'all well know...there's a LOT of other theaters in S.A. I promised Sam that if I EVER had the chance to make her shine...I would. Y'all need to give Sam a promotion / raise.

It clean & I love the seating

I had previously gone to Alamo Drafthouse exclusively due to their No Talking or Texting Policies. About 6 months or so ago their customer service really took a dive and they did not enforce their own policies about talking or texting and when I brought it to the managements attention they really didn't seem to care and just blew me off. I was a Top Brass rewards member which means that in a years time I had been to at least 50 showings and almost all of those were with at least 3 tickets and I used to tell everyone about them. Well after all that we decided it was time to try another theatre, after talking to some friends we decided to give Embassy a try and we have been regulars ever since. I would like to see the AVX and Laser Projectors to get there, but overall it has been a very positive experience and now we are regulars. I do recommend this theatre to everyone now. Also I am a fan of the early weekend showings.

Beautifully renovated theater with next level seating and accommodations

I love the new upgrades- reclining seats, fresh food choices, self serve soda and butter. And I choose santikos for those reasons but equally as much because they give back to the community.

I like the upgrade to the interior. Been coming for about 15 years now. My children and grandchildren now frequent the Embassy 14.

The ticket purchase software is cumbersome to use. And from a former programmer, now retired, it is less than user friendly. Could not get my EMBASSY BLUE CARD to work in the reader slot before I used the Bank credit card in to buy the tickets.

I like the renovated Embassy Santikos. I think it looks gorgeous. I love the classic movie star murals. I wish they would show classic movies with stars like Joan Crawford and Clark Gable.
