I love the comfortable reclining seats and the gorgeous lobby!

I frequently use the Embassy theater 🎭 movies. I enjoy all you facilities but my favorite is the referbished Embassy 14, and have recommended it to our friends who now go there as well full time. The electric seats are really nice doe to me bad back, and make the experience a much nicer time for the 2 1/2 to 3 hours I may be seated there. As well as the connections area is very nice too! Much more to choose from, and better quality as well with a more nutritious alternative. Nicely done you guys!!!

The recliner seats are amazing, being able to book online, and choosing whew to sit. The place is very clean and a feat experience.

Convenience, ample parking, comfortable with new reclining seats, ease with assigned seat purchase and the lobby is very nice now.

The ability to comfortably enjoy a movie while eating a a meal. The convenience to reserve a seat is great for planning a visit to the theater. However, the fee charged to conduct reservations online seems like a penalty for being proactive.

Clear & Beautiful inside and loved the recliners.

Like the new layout, with reserved seats, less juggling for seats & avoiding someone's head in front of us. Nice that there is enough space between rows to walk comfortably. Bar was nice addition.

I love the short lines, the electric seats, the space between rows of seating, the healthier food options such as the grilled vegetables/hummus/pita chips, and the fancy lobby. Going to the movies at Santikos is an enjoyable experience. I appreciate the special pricing from 4pm-6pm.

Good service, confortable seats, quality projection

Clean theatres and restroom facilities. Knowledable staff and friendly. No issues returning tickets I purchased for the wrong date. Embassy and Pallidium are my favorite theatres.
