What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I had previously gone to Alamo Drafthouse exclusively due to their No Talking or Texting Policies. About 6 months or so ago their customer service really took a dive and they did not enforce their own policies about talking or texting and when I brought it to the managements attention they really didn't seem to care and just blew me off. I was a Top Brass rewards member which means that in a years time I had been to at least 50 showings and almost all of those were with at least 3 tickets and I used to tell everyone about them. Well after all that we decided it was time to try another theatre, after talking to some friends we decided to give Embassy a try and we have been regulars ever since. I would like to see the AVX and Laser Projectors to get there, but overall it has been a very positive experience and now we are regulars. I do recommend this theatre to everyone now. Also I am a fan of the early weekend showings.

I love the new upgrades- reclining seats, fresh food choices, self serve soda and butter. And I choose santikos for those reasons but equally as much because they give back to the community.

I like the upgrade to the interior. Been coming for about 15 years now. My children and grandchildren now frequent the Embassy 14.

The ticket purchase software is cumbersome to use. And from a former programmer, now retired, it is less than user friendly. Could not get my EMBASSY BLUE CARD to work in the reader slot before I used the Bank credit card in to buy the tickets.

I like the renovated Embassy Santikos. I think it looks gorgeous. I love the classic movie star murals. I wish they would show classic movies with stars like Joan Crawford and Clark Gable.

I work for a global organization called the Elite Embassy (Music Embassies) and saw your sign when driving on 281 and said to myself that I have to go there one day since it is called Embassy Theaters. I work a great deal and have not had the time and then my husband was told by a co-worker about a theater with reclining seats. To my surprise it was the Embassy Theater. I said that we definitely have to go. When I got to the theater, I was totally impressed. It is beautiful, state of the art and the reclining seats are amazing. We now come to your theater every week since the first time. Yesterday I signed up for your Membership. I simply cannot imagine going to any other theater. I love how your place is amazing and the ticket prices are still the same as other theaters. I love how you give back to the community as does the Elite Embassy and hope that one day we can come together and do a joint community program. Thanks again for having such amazing place. There is so much more great things to say about your theater but I think this is a bit long now. Thanks again.
