Pre-sale tickets makes it much easier than searching for a seat in a full auditorium. The clean remodeled building creates a relaxing atmosphere as soon as you enter. The large reclining seats are so comfortable plus the distance between the next pair of seats allow some privacy. I love the fact that the profit from Santikos theaters supports San Antonio Causes. Santikos Embassy 14 is always are first choice!

I always enjoy your theater. I wasn't happy this time when I had to sit in row B (2) up front and my seat would not recline. Was very uncomfortable on the neck.

This is my favorite theater in San Antonio by far. It’s located in a beautiful upscale area surrounded by awesome restaurants. It only is the theater the cleanest I have seen, the food choices are next to none. My favorites are the nachos and Brick Oven pizza!

I like the set up of the kiosks to buy tickets without waiting in line. The food is always hot and fresh. The self serve drinks is very convenient also. The reclining chairs is just icing on the cake. Love Santikos theatres!

Embassy is my favorite location! I love the atmosphere, the staff are helpful, polite and do a great job keeping the theater clean. They recently added a few more healthier food choices like Hummus and roasted vegetables. Overall it makes for a good afternoon or evening of entertainment! Thanks!

The theatre seats are so comfortable and spacious. The lobby is opulent. I enjoy the memorabilia. The staff is friendly and efficient.

I love being able to reserve my seat ahead of time so I don’t have to rush to find a good seat. Reclining seats are comfortable and placed nicely so you aren’t having to struggle to look over someone’s head in front of you.

Bathrooms could be a little cleaner. And it would be nice to be able to see rewards on the Santikos app ahead of time. But these are not dealbreakers

Overall...a great experience and I DO recommend this theater to friends.
