The food was amazing such as pizza, hot dogs and popcorn. Went with a family of 10 very pleased with the music and atmosphere. Also, liked that it was very clean and staff was curtious.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do their best to help during busy periods. The theatre is always clean. I love the reserved reclining seats. The special menu items are a nice touch.

I enjoy the weekday $5 popcorn & soda, the Sunday mimosas, friendly bar staff, comfortable seating.

What I don't like is that I've had to kickstart Fathom Events, like last Sunday for Bullitt, blank screen at 2PM showing. I let manager know and it was corrected but it took awhile.

Glad Morris is back after his appendix scare.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I had purchased tickets several days ago to see a show Thursday evening. On Tuesday, we found out some old friends were coming to town and Thursday night was the only time they were available to see us. I went in Paterson to the Embassy and the woman at customer service didn’t bat an eye when I asked if I could exchange the tickets for a show on Friday night. I was a very quick and painless experience. All the employees there are helpful and friendly, in my experience.

One suggestion for improvement is to have an additional bartender earlier on Thursday and Friday. Sometimes there’s a long wait for a drink.
