Seatings and appearance
The app could improve. I’d like to be able to load funds to it and scan it to pay for concessions which would automatically account for points. It would cut transaction times down significantly not asking for a phone number every time. I’ve lost out on a lot of points just because I forget or don’t want to bother.
I like the seats. They are very comfortable and I especially like the trays. I am finally getting accustomed to the assigned seats.
Customer service
Love, love, love the recliners and a glass of wine to go with a movie. I just wish concessions would be a little more affordable. Taking a family of 4, usually ends up at $130 for a movie, popcorn and candy only:-0

My family loves going to Santikos theatres. Embassy is our favorite because it's intimate. Always clean and quiet.
Amazingly comfy recliner seats.
I really like that during the movie trailers, they have a spot that thanks you for choosing Santikos. And that they raise funds for all sorts of San Antonio causes. I just LOVE that about them. So whenever we see a movie, we know it's going back to our community.
The snack bar is always yummy! And at better prices than other theatres.
We also love going to see movies at the Palladian IMAX. That's an experience!

The location & the cleanliness of the theater. Your able to eat food while watching a movie Enjot a cocktail also. The seat is very comfortable and there’s plenty of leg space. The employees are friendly & courteous.
