What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Love the new lobby and reclining seats and better food. Sure wish you’d bring Starbucks coffee back. Keep up the good work. Bathrooms have been kept cleaner as well, which is appreciated!

The theatre had been updated with the recliner seats but it comes at a cost. The theatre fills up faster and sometimes the only seats left are the front rows. I abhor sitting in the front row and will not go to that showing for that reason

Embassy is first choice out of all the Santikos theaters. Food is always great, seats are so comfortable. Over all great.

The food was amazing such as pizza, hot dogs and popcorn. Went with a family of 10 very pleased with the music and atmosphere. Also, liked that it was very clean and staff was curtious.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do their best to help during busy periods. The theatre is always clean. I love the reserved reclining seats. The special menu items are a nice touch.

I enjoy the weekday $5 popcorn & soda, the Sunday mimosas, friendly bar staff, comfortable seating.

What I don't like is that I've had to kickstart Fathom Events, like last Sunday for Bullitt, blank screen at 2PM showing. I let manager know and it was corrected but it took awhile.

Glad Morris is back after his appendix scare.
