I love the reclining chairs. And the swing out table and the fact that the arm rest in the middle can lift up if ya don’t need it

The staff was capable to take care of my seating situation and did not hesitate to accept that there was an issue with my rewards account and take care of me. We are totally enjoying the online reservation system, and the reclining seats in the auditoriums. The Embassy is our theater of choice whenever we wish to see a movie on our friday date nights...Easy parking, no lines, and a clean and comfortable place to go. Thank you Santikos.

I tried to use my rewards card and it said "unable to locate an email address".
It is the same as forever.

I went to movie anyway.

I changed to password today.

Can you determine if there was something on your end that reflected my card / email
was not valid. Used on 10-26-18 Embassy Theater, saw A Star is born.

Everything was smooth from purchasing a ticket to temp/cleanliness of theater. All staff were well trained and motivated. Still surprises me in military city USA you don’t provide a military discount. Thanks for a another good experience.

The cleanliness, the small theaters with large recliners, the fact that the spacing between rows is huge and prevents ill manned people from putting their feet up on the chair in front of them! Friendly and courteous staff!
