Santikos App to buy tickets is awkward on iPhones which I assume many of us are using. The theater seating chart does not fit the iPhone screen well
Secondly, use of word reservation is wrong. User is not reserving. We are buying a ticket with a credit card. I thought the app had reserved my seats but not purchased them. I drove to the theater to see what was wrong.
Third, the App does not provide a scannable bar code. It provides a number that must be input at the theater in order to get a Theater number.
App is Awkward at best. I love using it now that your fine staff has explained reservation means bought and there is no theater number.
Request you observe your web designer making a seat purchase using only the app and modifying the app to make user friendly changes. Thanks. First name removed
