We LOVE Santikos at Embassy Oaks. You're right across from one of our businesses and near our house so it's an easy outing. The place is always clean and the service is excellent! You're philly cheesesteak is something that we literally plan our workouts and fasting around so that we can enjoy and we always tell folks to try it!! The bar has a great selection and your popcorn is on point. Thank you!

I love the fact that profits go to local charities. I like the reclining seats and I like the rewards program. My husband enjoys the bar.
I have noticed that the seats are getting less comfortable due to the "springs"? getting worn differently so that you aren't always sitting level. It seems that these should have been more durable, especially since they were undoubtedly expensive and designed for commercial use.

I enjoy the seating. I also appreciate military Mondays and five dollar Tuesdays.

I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish.

You give back t the community and the recliners are good! Probably just clean a little more.

We still enjoy the special experience of seeing movies on the big screen. However, we don't go as often due to fewer movies of interest and the increased cost of tickets and concessions.

Everything s fairly clean. Staff courteous n friendly. Bathroom sinks n ladies bathrooms really need to be updated . Also hand dryers are in awkward location.

I always enjoy my Santikos experience! The movie theaters are always in great shape and the customer service is consistently good! My complaint has to do with your app. I have been a faithful user of the app even prior to the new version launching. I happily login and capture my loyalty points at every opportunity. The issue I find is with the ability (or inability) to use my loyalty points to purchase tickets. When I place my ticket order and I’m given an option of how to pay (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.), there’s no easy way to apply my points. Where and how do i go about using points towards my ticket purchases?? I have points to offset for the cost of a ticket but there’s no easy or intuitive way to apply those points to my purchase. Maybe I’m missing something here or perhaps this is a known issue that is being addressed. Either way? I wanted to share my one complaint. Thank you for all that you guys do to give back to the community!

Ambience is great. Wish they offered more benefits to members. Especially with the cost of everything going up.

We always go to Santikos, my boyfriend had left his glasses in the theater and the employees were super kind and had them in their lost and found. I will definitely be coming back.
