Cleanliness and friendliness

I love it every time!!

it was not crowded and everyone that was there wore masks and social distanced. Movie was good too.

Everything Is great with Santikos theater... Only thing I would add is a larger beer selection on draft (tap) as well as broader food menu selection.

Everything, NICE AND CLEAN OF COURSE OF LESS TRAFFIC..... need automatic doors everywhere! I go to the Mayan numerous times per week..... I feel safe and comfortable. Popcorn machine is perfect..... great fresh food!!!

It's been almost a year since I have been to the movies. I was impressed with the safety features like the serving gloves etc. I felt safer at the Mayan than I do at the grocery store.

Haven’t been to the movies since the pandemic and craved theater popcorn. Totally agree with the covid symptom questioning at entrance. The self serve popcorn machine was a new experience but pretty convenient. The To-go lids are greatly appreciated. Kudos for always having a clean environment and friendly staff.

I loved that they brought my alcoholic drinks to me during my movie showing. I didn’t have to wait by the bar to enjoy a nice alcoholic slushee! Love that this place was so clean, and not packed at all. Everyone was socially distant and my recliner seats smelt clean.

The covid restrictions and precautions are in place and followed.

Since popcorn is now self serve, wish it would always be fresh & hot. Not always the case.

I like the safe seating and precautions with the concessions. I wish the cheese burger was the same as it was last month. The seasoning seemed different and over cooked.

My experience was very safe. Theater was clean, social distancing was enforced, and there was not a large crowd.

We cant stand the fact, you don't give out change anymore. When paying cash you put it on a gift card, so stupid. Your just making the millennial and XYZ generation more lazy. Who came up with the idea of you must pay with exact change or a card? Is it because the employees cant even count change anymore. PLEASE don't say, well its because their is a change coin shortage, What a CROCK of CACA! We wanted to order drinks and no one was ever at the bar ever. When ordering you should tell your employees to tell customers about the combos, so we could at least save 50 cents to 1 dollar. You really need to follow the sticker on the floor, SOCIAL DISTANCING???? When watching a movie, you should only have 10 people in the theater. NOT 30! Other than that the staff was really nice.
