I really like how we can serve our own popcorn and love the seats. The food is awesome.

Makes me feel safe and comfortable to he there during covid. Place looks well kept and sanitizer and gloves everywhere. Staff was friendly helpful. Theater was clean and seats were super comfy. The only reason it's not a 10 is that there was no cash and the card system was down. Luckily I had cash on me but couldn't buy everything I wanted because I was limited to what I brought with me.

I love the Mayan! Everyone is friendly the theaters are clean. Popcorn machine does get stuck every now and then. I’d rather watch a movie at the Mayan than any where else!!

I liked that your venue was having problems with your credit card system and one of your managers of the venue was very caring and helpful. I have never experienced anything like this before I was really amazed by how she took care of the situation I wish I remembered her name because, you really need to recognize her because she had my experience in mind and just because the credit card machine was not working she didn't turn me away. Most people in that situation would have turn me away. I am really THANKFUL that she handled the situation the way she did.

Customer service and touch less service

My kids and a had a great experience returning to the movies. Greeted by Staff at the entrance, everything clean, gloves available for self serve popcorn and drink station as well. We were the only ones in the theater. Happy to know I can go back and be safe. Seats are also marked distanced when purchasing online tickets.

It was very clean and adhered to COVID-19 standards. The employees were also very friendly and professional. I hadn’t been here in years and was impressed with the renovations and staff. Bathrooms were also in excellent, clean conditions.

Since Covid 19 is still in effect, we can sit just about anywhere in the movie theater. Enjoying it now, while we are still social distancing. No waiting lines. Great movie experience all the time.

Seats are the most comfortable ever and sound system is crisp. Loved the experience, plan on coming here frequently

It was a great experience of the self serve and mask safety, the only thing was that I picked a very boring movie...need to read up on them next time. And since I'm disabled, didn't want to move again. Thank you, Patty Moreno
