For one , The Employees that work at the Mayan make you feel like family from start to finish we like that they interact making us feel like we're at home . Also we like that they don't roam up and down the stairs like other theater's , we feel comfortable and don't feel like we're doing something wrong . That's another reason why we always keep going back to the Mayan .

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Everyone greets you with a smile and they ask if there's anything they can do for you. If you have a question or problem they do their best to answer or find out the answer to your problem. If they can't answer from the Mayan, they'll call headquarters just to be sure. They go the extra mile for you. Once I bought a lot of snacks and was having a problem carrying them that they volunteered to help me all the way to the movie I was watching and they didn't even have to be asked or told to do it. And if I forgot something they said, don't worry we'll get it. Even then, they still ask if you need anything else. When you leave after the movie they ask if everything is ok and if there were any problems. I think they're great.

I liked the new large screen, very nice. I also like the leg room, very comfortable, I hope that the next improvement will be reclining seats with leg rest, that would be awesome. The staff is great.
