What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Everyone greets you with a smile and they ask if there's anything they can do for you. If you have a question or problem they do their best to answer or find out the answer to your problem. If they can't answer from the Mayan, they'll call headquarters just to be sure. They go the extra mile for you. Once I bought a lot of snacks and was having a problem carrying them that they volunteered to help me all the way to the movie I was watching and they didn't even have to be asked or told to do it. And if I forgot something they said, don't worry we'll get it. Even then, they still ask if you need anything else. When you leave after the movie they ask if everything is ok and if there were any problems. I think they're great.

The staff is always friendly and polite. Theater and restrooms are clean. The seats are very comfortable.

I liked the new large screen, very nice. I also like the leg room, very comfortable, I hope that the next improvement will be reclining seats with leg rest, that would be awesome. The staff is great.

I like Santikos in my neighborhood. We appreciate Santikos partnering with Eva's Heros with early movies and decreased sounds. Our family frequently goes to the early matinees.
