What did you like about your Santikos experience?

There's never a long wait in the lines to purchase tickets or concession. Matinee price is great and the restrooms are clean.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The only thing that we saw is that the ushers need to know what theatre a movie is at and at what time. I didn't happen to us but also did. An attendant gave a couple of people the wrong location of a movie because he didn't know which time spot was correlated with the same movie.
Thank god we got the correct one but we read the time on the sign above the entrance and noticed the times it was showing.

Customer service did everything in their power to help me and the did it very promptly.The issue was I didn't have my loyalty card with me at the time of purchase for credit of two free movie tickets but thanks to the team of Santos no there was no fus.

The staff is very friendly always greeted with a smile.The food is delicious,and the theater is always well kept. I have been coming to Santikos since I was a child and now bring my kids here.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like that the prices are a tiny bit cheaper than other places. It is the closest theater to me. I like that we are allowed to get the little paper trays, it makes it much easier to share popcorn with my children. I like the cheaper early showings, and the rewards card. Although I think the rewards were better before.
