What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I really enjoy going to the Mayan Santikos property with friends or family staff are so nice and ticket booth is pretty fast. But last night the condition of auditorium #4 the showing for 9:45 was very dirty like 4 aisles of it on where i sat . Usually a team will go in knock it all out from a showing before. Then the seats we have selected were had white stains on aisle J seats 1 & 2.. So we made a decision to pick another empty spot in the theater hoping we werent on anybodys seating. Other than that the concession stand was great. That was my only concern what i experience last night , which will not stop me from going to this property. Thank you once again

I love going to the Mayan. they know how to treat the guest. But I do have to say that your best employee is Dolores she not only helps and understands our needs but she doesn't let the adults and teens step all over her. What makes her different is that shes not rude when she explains the rules. She makes my day and that of my friends better she makes it awosome. If I could I would give employee of the year to her. She's one of the main reasons I go to the movies Everytime a new one comes out. Can't wait for the remodel.

I love coming to the mayan great customer service and I live 5 minutes away plus with the upgrades they are getting I can't wait ! Don't have to travel far to enjoy a good movie👍

I finally learned her name it was Dolores. She once again did it I don't know how she does it. she made me feel that I was very important man she really is good at her job. I loved that your theater is really enforcing that rated r policy y'all have and Dolores is really good at not letting it slide I loved how she didn't let those teens push her around. And there was one other person who made the day a good one a cort I believe that's her name she was really nice even with all the people there.

My day there was awosome your employee I think her name started with Dol something like that she made my day. She was so helpful and understanding of my problems and she didnt make my child feel like they were different she treated him like he was a human being. I really liked her she is someone that I wouldn't mind taking he lead from she really is awosome.

The experience that I had with Santikos is great. The employees are very help and they help make the movie theater look clean as possible. I really love how Santikos has a Santikos membership card. It help Santikos know who you are and help you get points. Great idea! Santikos is a place I would definitely tell people about.

Everything was nice and clean but I do have to say that your Employee Dolores was really great she not only helped us find our seats she went out of her way to help us. We even loved that she came in and told the guys in front of us to quite down and to turn off there phones.it was a lovely day but that Dolores of yours made it an awesome day. She made it awesome when she didn't accept the money I was offering her for her help that's what I call an employee of the month.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The soda and popcorn refill and the new icee machine it's awesome!!! I always go to mayan theater because of that. Other theaters are so expensive and I don't get refills on nothing for me and my family.
