The theater is very comfortable and the staff is very nice. The young people who work at the theater are very nice and accommodating. Buying tickets ahead and knowing that your seats are reserved is a very nice feature. I also like the fact that my tickets and concession purchases go back to help support the local community.
We love the reclining seats, the theaters cleanliness, and the rewards program. The only minor thing is the sound. The avx sound was not as dynamic as I thought it should be.

Always a great experience
I really do enjoy coming to this movie theater. Although I do have some little things that kinda bug me. For example, every time I order the Boneless wings, the celery and carrots that come with it are a bit disgusting.
I like to come to the movies when it’s almost empty. I can just relax and enjoy the quietness. But people come in 30mins after the movie started or halfway thru the movie and sit down. It’s like they’re trying to get a free movie viewing. I wish the staff could do something about this

Everything was fantastic. Ilove the greeters and tocket people. They are very supportive and helpful. Food is delicious. One requested item - Healthier foods rather than fried foods. (simple sandwiches or even simple smoothies would be a healthier food or snack item or even k bars as one of the snacks. Bring heathier items into your place.
Santikos has mastered how the moviegoer today watches and enjoys movies. You have lovely comfortable recliners. A clean serving area and professional servers. The beverage bar area is kept clean and maintained during a busy movie weekend. The fact you decided to include an adult beverage bar area adds to the draw of your theatres. The food is quality and above current fast food standards. I make it a point to always watch my movies at your theatres now due to all of these upgrades. My only complaint is that you need to add another AVX screen at the Mayan because it is the best sound today.

The new seats that recline, the open bar, the overall new look. It’s really nice and I enjoyed watching Captain Marvel with my family.

The popcorn refill could be improved—-maybe they could have a designated person for refills instead of them ignoring us and having to stand in line again.
The customer is really great and the prices are exceptionally reasonable whether it be the ticket price of concession price. The theater is overall very clean and welcoming to moviegoers.
