Parking is sometimes a pain. But once you get beyond that the theater is extremely customer friendly. From speedy concessions, to seat spacing so you're not stepping over toes, picture quality and sound, clean restrooms. It is a great place to enjoy a movie.

Good quality theater and great customer service.

Arriving to our seats for Toy Story 4 my girlfriend and I noticed a guy seated in one of our seats. I asked him what seat number he had and he just mumbled some words and pointed to the back row. I asked again what seat number he had and he didn't even know. Had to look to the floor and side to find out. Movie was about to start so I let it go because there were 2 empty seats next to him. A fountain drink was in between both those seats and when we asked the person to the side if those seats were taken he said he didn't know. We threw away the drink and sat down. The guy who was seated in my seat then texted somebody, I'm assuming the ones who were going to try and sit in the seats we were now seated in. During the credits another couple walked in and headed towards the back row. I heard them having a discussion with another couple stating that those were their seats. The couple loved and headed out assuming they may have been in the wrong theater room. They came back and began looking around and ended up seating in the front row but shortly after left. So, either there are multiple people sneaking in or there are seats being resold.

Its always clean and fast service i love the reclining seats ..its so relaxing..

I always enjoy my visits to the Mayan. The problem is the Restrooms are too far from the front theaters. This is my idea, placed somewhere in the Central area of the lobby. This way they can be utilized from any section of the theater.

The lobby is always clean. So are the bathrooms. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I feel like such a tool for not joining the Members thing a lot sooner 😭 I ONLY go to Santikos theaters so I would've benefited from this so much! Definitely love the Mayan as it's been my main theater since I was a kid c:

The chairs. And space from the screen to the front row chairs were the PERFECT distance to see the movie!! This is my go to theater from now on.

The sound is awesome the staff is very well respect 👍 and it's clean every time I go in everything is very well organize the beer is always chill and cold that is a must . The food is always fresh . But other then that everything is great 😊👌.

Improved seating experience, lobby renovations and self service drinks after purchase to reduce the wait-time at concessions for refills

The theater could of been a little more cleaner...amd the a.c. was not working good the day we went. But was good.

Concessions staff very friendly an quick theatre very clean only drawback was people talking at beginning of movie bur awesome other than that

It was very clean tended to my wife’s and my needs there was a group of kids being rascals and really noisy they would not be quiet during the movie. My wife went to go tell the manager and right away they were kicked out I was astonished but happy because with them making noise we couldn’t enjoy the movie so I really liked how the manager cared about the customers that was very awesome thank you. I also like how the seats recline and yes I would recommend this movie theater to friends and family.

Love the recliners, but need cheaper arcade games.
