Clean, reclining seats, spacious, the only thing I would correct is the fact that the ICEE machines close earlier than the sodas 😒 perhaps advising the customer before spending $7 to purchase a drink would be ideal so perhaps I could’ve made it to the icee machine before it closed.

The simple fact that we can purchase our Military discount tickets online and scan and come in. Food was great and the Beer was cold. They could have opened up another register to go a little faster, but we still made our movie 🎥.

Clean theater. Cashiers are often friendly, a few indifferent, none ever rude. I would like to see a walk-through online or a link somewhere about how to buy tickets online to improve our seating.

I recently started going back to the Mayan, and was very happy with the renovations and the reclining seats. Your staff is incredibly helpful. I have suffered with bouts of anxiety/panic attacks since my husband's death, and being in crowds is very difficult for me. I felt myself starting to have a panic attack while purchasing snacks, and the employee who was helping me, recognized what I asked of her when I asked her to please ask my girls what they wanted because I couldn't cope with requests at the moment. She immediately shifted their focus towards her, while I worked through my panic attack, and told me I did a great job once I was able to communicate again. I normally would have just walked out the theater and disappointed my girls...again....but she helped me feel safe, and I've been going back to the Mayan more often because of that exchange.

Employees were professional, seats were soft & comfortable. Audio & video were world class. Interior design was beautiful. The theatre was clean & bright. Parking was plentiful.

I have enjoyed coming to this theater for years. I have been quite impressed with all the upgrades. The seating is nice & plenty of room. I also like the assigned seating, so I don't have to be in long lines, to get the best seat. Thank you for all that you have done.
