Service was awesome, with the food was amazing.Told a lot of people with the updates to this location and the quality of the foodm. Only complaint was wait time. Speed of service was not there.

My daughter had her party this past weekend, March 30th, at The Mayan theatre. I want to begin by saying thank you to your wonderful staff. The young man, who helped host the party, was really wonderful! My husband and I were really impressed. His mother was as well. The manager also took great care of us. It was a young lady and I apologize for not getting names. The room was perfect for the kids. It had plenty of space and the set up was perfectly prepared.
I did want to throw in a few things that we wish would have been better but realize that the time we booked could have been part of the issue. I wanted to add that Gabriella did a great job of helping us book the event last minute.
A few things we would have changed are:

We didn’t know the time of the movie or when it started. We would have showed up earlier if we knew that it was going to begin at 2:00 pm.
We were told the party was to begin at 1:00 pm. If we knew we were able to show up at 12:00 pm, to decorate , we totally would have done it.
The party felt really rushed but, again, if we would have known that the Mayan Staff’s itinerary said 12:00 and ours said 12:30 pm. The 30 minutes, I felt, could have made a big difference. It just seemed a little confusing.
The arcade cards given were really only $4 per person, $9 for birthday girl, because we paid $1 per card. That seemed like false advertising. We did not actually receive the $5 as stated on the invoice.

Again, this is just for future bookings that we would have appreciated but, overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. My daughter loved it. Thank you!

I like that I can pick my own seats on the app. No waiting in line. The drinks at the bar are good too!

Fast entry onto our theatre, didnt like the line at the concession though.

I liked the new ATM or whatever they are called that allows us to purchase tickets without going to the front tellers. The only problem is that it wouldn't recognize my phone number so that I could get points.

Seats were very comfortable and food was delicious.

The over all value allows my family to enjoy a night out on a regular basis.

Environment

I love Sanikos because not only do they give back to the community; they hire wonderful people. I always get excellent customer service from everyone. Theaters are great; good showtimes.

it was great i did have a 9 or 10 month old next to me that was not very cooperative so we missed some of the movie.

Ticketing process was easy, facility is kept clean and the recliner seating is great

Ever since they did the remodel I like going to this theater again. I had stoped going for a while because it was in serious need of a upgrade.

I mentioned to the manager that the dryers are too high and they get you all wet up to your elbow and he said "All theaters have them this high". That's not true. I've been to several of your theaters and they all have lower ones. Just like the north side, us south side people don't like to get all wet just to dry our hands. And the poor kids, forget it, they try and dry their hands and it's all down their arms into their clothes. We're just as important on the south side as the north side. Some theaters have high and low dryers not like ours who has all high ones. I mentioned this while the renovation was being done.
