Last night my experience there was horrible. I purchased my tickets online and when I got there someone was in my seat. I politely told them it was the best I paid for. They kept arguing that it was their seat. I then called an employee whom took more than 10 minutes to figure out what seat was which. I am in a wheelchair, I ALWAYS purchase a regular and a companion seat plus two elsewhere. I actually know how that works but the employee seemed lost. There is another theater closer to my home but I choose the Mayan because of the comfort and pricing. Please keep employees educated on how to read seat numbers. Thank you!!!

Comfortable seating in a theater that is the perfect size. Snacks are still a little pricey but better than other big chain theaters

The updated seats and the waiting area. Refill station is nice too. I don’t have to wait I line to get a refill. Although when we we sat at our seat it wasn’t quite as clean. It had food/oil smudges. Maybe they can do a better job next time. Although that was the first time that has happened. Otherwise everything else was great.

It's amazing with the recliners and when your order is ready you don't have to wait in line , they'll send a text message when it ready so you don't have to miss much of your movie.
