I liked that the person at the register exchanged our seats without a hassle.

We selected our seats without realizing they were to high up. My daughter couldnt see, so when I explained my error the person was more than happy to change our tickets.

Also the same person made a correction to my account after the person working at the bar didnt enter my number for my rewards.

it is very relaxing and comfortable and the food and drinks are great also. Staff are sometime's helpful but i highly recommend this place to family and friends

I like the upgrades and the employees are nice and helpful. What I don't like is that sometimes the line for the food is very long and they don't open another register, and the lights to keep the popcorn warm are not always on

The recliner chairs are very good and the space between isles. The customer service is also good. Sometime we'll get a Mayan worker that is indifferent but never rude. Other times they are very friendly and attentive. And always competent.

Oh, and the fries are great!

All areas were clean and the movie theater sound was not to low or to loud.
The seats are so relaxing.

The Reclining chairs! The food is so much better than all the other competing theaters the drinks and specials that the bar offers are awesome so much better, other places feel like a hole in the wall I love the points rewards those add up quickly since I go every Monday literally lol and the fact that yall give so much back to the community makes me feel good and quick to spend my money at yalls establishment other theaters cant compare!

I like that we can have the seats assigned and not have to get to the movies earlier than scheduled time so we can get a better seat.. I like the stadium seating and declines...
