Parking is sometimes a pain. But once you get beyond that the theater is extremely customer friendly. From speedy concessions, to seat spacing so you're not stepping over toes, picture quality and sound, clean restrooms. It is a great place to enjoy a movie.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Arriving to our seats for Toy Story 4 my girlfriend and I noticed a guy seated in one of our seats. I asked him what seat number he had and he just mumbled some words and pointed to the back row. I asked again what seat number he had and he didn't even know. Had to look to the floor and side to find out. Movie was about to start so I let it go because there were 2 empty seats next to him. A fountain drink was in between both those seats and when we asked the person to the side if those seats were taken he said he didn't know. We threw away the drink and sat down. The guy who was seated in my seat then texted somebody, I'm assuming the ones who were going to try and sit in the seats we were now seated in. During the credits another couple walked in and headed towards the back row. I heard them having a discussion with another couple stating that those were their seats. The couple loved and headed out assuming they may have been in the wrong theater room. They came back and began looking around and ended up seating in the front row but shortly after left. So, either there are multiple people sneaking in or there are seats being resold.

I always enjoy my visits to the Mayan. The problem is the Restrooms are too far from the front theaters. This is my idea, placed somewhere in the Central area of the lobby. This way they can be utilized from any section of the theater.
