On Friday I went to a packed Silverado to see the new Avengers Endgame. I ordered some food and didn’t realize there were trays I could use. As I was walking away a man in a suit, who must have been a a manager, stopped me and said “ma’am do you want a tray?”, I told him that I did not but he saw by the look on my face that I didn’t want him to have to do me a favor, it was busy after all. He literally said, “Wait right there it will just take me a second”. He came back had a tray in hand and helped me load it all down. Even held my cup right without putting his fingers on the rim. The level of customer service had me overwhelmed with appreciation and this man doesn’t know how much it meant to me to receive help in the way he provided. He is exceptional. Thank you Tray Man!

Friendly staff! We were there on Monday and we had great service. It's so nice to be greeted when we arrive and thanked when we leave. It's nice to see employees who seem like they enjoy where they work and who they work with.

My family loves Santikos theaters. The experience is always great with friendly staff, delicious food and comfortable seating. Casa Blanca may be my favorite with reclined seating with enough room to get to our seats without disturbing other patrons. Quality of viewing experience is also reliable.

I like everything about the Silverado theatre. I drive out of my way to go there. I live near Ingram and 410 and I drive all the way to Bandera and 1604 to go there. I think the staff is great. The theatre is clean and I think the prices are less expensive then any other theater in San Antonio. I love the fact Santikos gives back to the community and I will always go back to Santikos no matter where I live.

Since moving back to San Antonio this is the only theater we go for family night or even date night. Place is nice and cozy and employees are friendly

It's clean and the staff at the snack bar are friendly. The crowd's are well behaved. I feel safe walking to my car. It could use another butter machine. Some people are slow pouring They're butter so there's usually a line.
